Service Terms

By scheduling or receiving HVAC services from ProAir Georgetown, you agree to these terms. All services are provided by ProAir Georgetown, a Texas-licensed HVAC contractor (TX HVAC License #TACLA123456C).

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided in writing before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Actual costs may differ from estimates if additional issues are discovered during service — we will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding with any work beyond the original estimate.

Warranty

All repairs performed by ProAir Georgetown carry a 1-year warranty on parts and labor from the date of service completion. Warranty covers the specific repair performed. Warranty does not cover: damage caused by improper use, acts of nature, electrical surges beyond our control, or issues unrelated to our repair. New system installations carry manufacturer warranties as specified in installation agreements.

Payment

Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options are available through third-party lenders — see our financing page for details. Returned checks are subject to a $35 processing fee.

Cancellation

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 hours notice without charge. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice or no-shows may be subject to a $45 reservation fee.

Limitation of Liability

ProAir Georgetown's liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Williamson County, Texas.
