ProAir Georgetown | Georgetown TX HVAC Services

Last updated: April 2026 | Effective for all service agreements entered on or after January 1, 2026.

1. Services & Scope

ProAir Georgetown provides residential and light commercial HVAC repair, installation, maintenance, and diagnostic services in Georgetown TX and the surrounding Williamson County area. By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to these Terms. Services are performed by Texas-licensed HVAC technicians regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

2. Estimates & Pricing

All work is preceded by a written estimate provided on-site before any repair begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Final invoice amounts may differ only if additional issues are discovered during repair, the customer is notified, and provides approval before additional work proceeds. Diagnostic fees are applied toward the total repair cost when a repair is authorized.

3. Warranties

3.1 Repair Warranty

All repairs carry a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within 12 months, we return and correct it at no charge. This warranty is documented on your service receipt and is transferable upon home sale.

3.2 Installation Warranty

New HVAC installations include a 2-year labor warranty plus the manufacturer's equipment warranty (typically 5–10 years). We assist with manufacturer warranty registration as part of every installation.

3.3 Exclusions

Warranties do not cover damage from power surges, flooding, acts of nature, customer neglect, filter failures, or third-party modifications after our service.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion. We accept all major credit cards, check, and cash. Installations over $2,500 may require up to a 50% deposit. Financing options are available. Invoices unpaid after 30 days accrue a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without fee up to 2 hours before the scheduled arrival window. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $65 trip fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide safe access to HVAC equipment and electrical panels, disclose known hazards, secure pets during service visits, and ensure a responsible adult (18+) is present.

7. Limitation of Liability

ProAir Georgetown's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage.

8. Independent Contractor Status

ProAir Georgetown is an independent HVAC contractor, not an authorized dealer or franchise of any equipment manufacturer. "Carrier," "Trane," "Lennox," "Goodman," and "Rheem" are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes shall be resolved in Williamson County courts.
