Yes. We have on-call technicians every day of the year including all major holidays. Response times on holidays may be slightly longer than a standard weekday, but we dispatch from Georgetown and prioritize calls involving vulnerable residents or extreme weather.
Holiday and weekend emergency calls carry a dispatch fee on top of standard diagnostic and repair pricing. We quote this clearly when you call — no surprise charges on the invoice. Maintenance plan members have the emergency dispatch fee waived on all calls including holidays.
